I've never purchased anything yet, but believe me I will go to Dr. Micro for sure. My brother, before passing away last year, owned his own company. His computer was absolutely essential to run his business each day. He used Dr. Micro for all his computer needs and had no hesitation purchasing refurbished computers. He said having one or two people was such an advantage. Many times when you go to larger companies where they have a large number of sales men, your problem or needs can get lost in translation.With Dr. Micro, your technician will get to know you. He knows what you use your computer for, in fact knows it inside and out. It's almost working with a friend or family member. The cheery on top is the honest and fairness you receive when paying for their products and services. No reason to shop at large overpriced stores. Anyway, prior to my brothers death he relayed this to me. He wanted to give his review and never had the chance.James Hemsath
